I see so many realtor placards for single family homes in Burlingame littering the sidewalk & they are an eyesore.

There are evidently too many single family homes and not enough apartment buildings.

Bad assessment. Interest rates have been above 6% since September of 2022. Insurance rates are up big. Cost of materials to do improvements are also through the roof. Pun intended. Single family homes are the backbone of the peninsula regardless of what Scott Weinie says. The slow down is Powell's fault and is temporary.
