We already know Beach is opposed to free choice, regarding natural gas appliances. (I still never found out if Beach and family ditched all of their natural gas appliances?).

Does anyone know Kent Putnam who could ask him what he sees in Emily?

Ram Emanual

That is funny from a guy who makes a living selling things that burn gasoline.

Emily Beach has been a great council member in Burlingame.
During Covid, Emily held zoom meetings frequently with Burlingame residents and people could ask her any question or comment on their concerns.

Interesting to note in above newspaper article that Donna Colson donated $1000 to Papan’s campaign and is not supporting Beach, her fellow Bgame council member.

One more thing. Thank you Emily for your service (Army) to our country.🇺🇸

Ram Emanual

I can't think of one useful thing Emily Beach has done on the council that was mostly motivated by self promotion. Nada.

No push back on housing requirements when California’s population is shrinking, requiring natural gas being replaced by electric appliances…

Please vote for someone who listens to her voters and not the Sacramento whispers of higher office…

Fossil Sue Lempert thinks Pine's endorsement will make a difference in this race

Just as exciting as the prospect of a Lee-Fernandez faceoff in San Mateo is the contest for Supervisor for Dave Pine’s seat. Emily Beach, Burlingame councilmember, and Gina Papan, Millbrae councilmember, are the main contenders when Pine is termed out in 2024. Each has been busy collecting campaign contributions and endorsements.

Right now, Beach seems to have more of both but never underestimate a Papan. However, a Pine endorsement could be the deciding factor.

I think it will make a difference. Whoever Pine endorses is who I will vote against.

Ram Emanuel: all politicians self promote. It’s part of their DNA.
Like running out to San Francisco airport to pose with politicians or cutting a ribbon on a new store or kissing babies.
most people see through this kind of stuff. It is what it is.

Mom

Mark Simon is calling Papan and Beach both moderates. I'm not so sure about that.
