What? it needs repaving so soon? It seems the building standards were low inside the store too. The bathrooms are already falling apart.

How is it that the parking lot is mostly roped off and business is pretty light and there are still long lines at the TWO open registers? Are they cutting back that much?

What is going on with these loooooong Safeway lines?

Last night only 3 checkers. People were waiting so long (even in self checkout) that an employee went from line to line with cookies and bottled H2O.

This has not been the first time. Maybe they are losing employees due to high $$$ apartment rents. The consequence of living in a very high priced area. Just wondering. I see so many help wanted ads in many local store windows. Much more so this year.
