Here is one of the seven creeks of Burlingame just before sundown today. It flows right past little Heritage Park at Ralston and Occidental. I definitely seen this creek with more water, but right now any water is welcome.
And the Hetch Hetchy water chart shows a flattening out of the decline here.

It is wonderful to hear the creeks moving!
I would like to acknowledge our city for the good care they take of the creeks and the trees - thanks to thoughtful pruning we made it through the last storm with no huge issues!

The data doesn't make any sense taking a look at just a week. Here's a four year look at the data, I'm guessing the summertime peak is due to snowpack melt:
