We previously covered Sam's Sandwiches' own 40th anniversary celebration here. Tonight at the City Council meeting, proprietors Rino and June were joined by Gary Doss as a giant Sam's hot dog as they collected the City commendation for 40 years of feeding BHS students...and the rest of us. Various good deeds were noted and the assembled crowd showed its appreciation! Congrats, one more time. 40 years--that's a lotta sandwiches!

Where do they get that bread?
I think you could put a dead squirrel on it with Sam's sauce, and love it!

What an amazing ride for Sam's! Here's to many more to come. We are a lucky bunch to have you in our town.

I like how you can sit around Sam's and pretty soon everyone in town comes in and chats, eats and gets caught up on the local scoop.
