Residential Burglaries Up

In reviewing the police blotter, it appears that the burglary rate is still up.  Apartments on El Camino, houses on the Avenue on the east side....on and on.  A major clean-up effort on west-side B'wy recently is giving residents some relief, but we have to be careful the problem isn't just moving around.
