Interesting public comments at last night's council meeting where a local resident claims that an ANONYMOUS tipster has forced a CEQA historical review of his property during the sales closure of his property. This caused the buyer to withdraw from the offer and is forcing the seller to pay more than $2,000 for a professional historian's review of the historical significance of his property.
This is the second property on Newlands that has been subject to ANONYMOUS tipster/group.
