Maybe 8 bucks for a burger and fries is too much!

James

Steelhead's burgers start at 10 bucks and go to 13 bucks but they seem to be full most of the time.

Carrie

If you have ever eaten at the Burger Joint you would know why it is empty. I think they need to learn what customer service is. The night we went there, we were done with dinner before we ever got our milkshakes. After two requests for our money back and the waiter giving us attitude, we finally got our milkshakes to go. Burlingame is not San Francisco. we would not go there again if they paid us!

Steelhead’s burgers do not start at $10, more like $8, but no matter. the reason burger joint is empty is because it is a bad business idea....burl ave does not need a place that has such a limited menu (pretty much just burgers and chicken sandwiches). add to that the ugly and cold interior and you have failure.

Holy Roller

The Burger Joint is horrible as far as customer service.
The employees appear to be there because they are being punished.
I have been there 3 times and it was always the same,
HORRIBLE.

Mike

The interior is so dismal, it's no surprise nobody goes there.
