Even the city council meetings are slowing down. They get to some vague point about the budget and just when things look like they will get good they decide to wait. Tune in next week. The new TV channel seemed good.

You had to love Coffey talking about the budget. He started off saying there are three options (which was obvious) then said he didn't understand the ramifications of the choices and concluded by agreeing to support Galligan's position. The puppet strings were quite visible tonight.
