I agree that the headline and some of the text was quite confusing. It's always a challenge to get exactly the right message through, especially with headlines which can be written by someone other than the reporter who writes the story. Hopefully it's clear to all that CBB is an advocacy group for a liveable design rather than a formal part of this decision making process. I think the Daily News will be clearer in the future.
