One can only hope he won't take them up on it and the diversity of the block will stand. If Mr. Harvey needs more room, he really ought to look at Burlingame Ford which has been an empty eyesore for how many years? It too could be altered for mixed use and still be only two blocks from the train station and the avenue, and be full of glorious cars on the first floor...
