BUT why has a sophisticated city like Burlingame allowed the installed irrigation system to get so broken and useless. Its absolutely ridiculous.

Hurray to Stephen Hamilton for all of the work he put into the water tank and trailer.
We are lucky to have the Hamiltons as hard working citizens of Burlingame.

Angela, Hurray for you too! You were the one filling those trash cans with water and driving the truck at 6:30 in the morning.
Now at least with our water truck in operation and Enrique driving we can both sleep in later on the weekends!
