How did Burlingame ever get stuck with this little Napoleon? Isn't this the same guy who has spouted off about private property rights all the time. And when a property owner does something he doesn't like, like the owner of the Fox mall deciding he will close the back door if Safeway gets built, this hypocrite calls in the law to harass him. What a joke. The only thing worse that a two-bit politician is a hypocritical two-bit politician. He should pay his taxes and leave everyone else alone.
