I wonder if this EIR firm has done work on other large grocery store chains? There seem to be so many oversights and omissions, particularly regarding the parking deficit.
I am particularly leary of the part that contends (during the 4th quarter) that people do not make more shopping trips to the grocery store, but just buy more. Everyone who I know, buys more AND makes more trips during the holidays. Maybe these fellows don't shop like the rest of us, but they really neglected this issue.
