I'm wondering who will be paying for this big time campaign advice? Isn't it expensive enough to run for office with all of the signs and stuff without having to pay for a consultant. I remember the Burlingame Voice did a great article on how much people spent in the last election. I hope you do the same this time around. Thanks for creating this blog.

Is this the same McGovern that Galligan used? Is this the same McGovern, who has indicated he worked on Galligan's campaign, BUT McGovern's name does not appear on Galligan's campaign statement, one must wonder why? With McGovern's questionable reputation one would wonder why Coffey and Janney are using him. Is this a case of "birds of a feather flock together" or "If you lay down with a dogs with fleas, you will soon have fleas" or better yet "despritate people resort to despirate acts." Whatever the case, I do not like the smell of this alliance!

Gee, wouldn't the FPPC like to see that one. Even if Joey got the work for free, he has to report it. Could McGovern be lying or is Joey trying to pull a fast one?
We know he wouldn't do something like that.
Where are our friends in the press on this one?

Hmmm, let's see...
Burlingame councilmember wants San Bruno council to bail him out of a bad business decision....
Same councilmember carries the water for developer who wants Burlingame council to bail them out of a bad business decision...
Isn't the public trough wonderful? (Watch your wallet!)
