Loved every minute! The ceremony at City Hall was great, the "new" tree (do we know why?), and the parade were all lots of fun. Lots of smiles all around. We love Burlingame!!

The Parks guys that I spoke with said that the "old" tree has too many "holes" for stylish decoration.
