Frances O'Brian

This really feels like PG&E is bribing me to foreget about San Bruno. If they wanted to give a refund why not just do it on the monthly bill. Something smells here.

Roger Lake

This is a hustle that smells like a banker's scam. I'd suggest that PG&E make it very clear, on their website, how to transform this plastic, and all the fine print that came with it, into a straightforward credit to my account.
How much did this program cost the shareholders? How did CITI get their sleazy hands on what should be a simple sharing of savings due to sunny weather.
I am so offended that they pull this crap. This smacks of ENRON and the Cheney energy council.
