Banners Be Gone

For those who care whether we have Peace banners or not, a kind volunteer was seen taking down the banners today (the ones unburdened with adjacent parked cars). Some thought the banners were long overdue to be removed, but I think they were an improvement on a lampost! Thanks Kevin!

The City does not hang all banners. The City does not remove banners that it did not hang.

Does the city clean streets that 'the city' did not dirty? Sounds like visitor is a government worker - or has tongue firmly planted in cheek.
