So this is a busy intersection a block away from the police department and the guy gets away on foot?

@amazed if you read the b'game police blotter, you'll see they arrive after everything is gone and done most of the time. My only interactions with the police here have been jokes--pulled over for speeding 4 mph over, only to watch the officer do a donut on a residential street before cruising along slowly down CA ave.
