PHS/SPCA - Don't be Afraid to Ask

Letter in Daily Journal - Don't be afraid to ask

I just read your article B'game OKs PHS facility? in the June 5 edition of the Daily Journal regarding the new PHS facility in Burlingame, and I was struck, but not entirely surprised, by the statement of Councilman Russ Cohen, who was speaking about the opponents to the project: They brought up some legitimate issues that many of us may have been thinking but were afraid to ask.? I hope he was only speaking for himself, and not other members of our esteemed City Council; but who knows?

Mr. Cohen, your job is to ask the tough questions on behalf of the residents of Burlingame: And if you're afraid to do it, you don't belong there. Richard P. Quadri, Burlingame
